Hello everyone, dear friends. In this video, we'll share our experience with a 2011 Fiat Linea 1.3 Multijet Euro 4 engine. Our customer, who owns a 580,000 km (320,000 mph) vehicle, contacted us regarding various issues. The main issues include significant oil leaks, a cascading sound from the compressor and at high rpm, a delayed turbocharger start, soot cleaning, and general inspections. Our inspection revealed numerous oil and water leaks. Furthermore, we had to strip the engine because there were oil and water leaks in numerous areas, including the chain cover (oil pump cover), the oil pan, the radiator, and many other areas. Unfortunately, when we removed the engine, all the water hoses, the heater core, the radiator, the oil cooler, the oil pan, the chain set, and many other components were replaced. We performed the usual engine rebuild. All the issues were resolved. The intercooler core was also ruptured due to the turbo failure, and the hoses were also cracked, so we replaced those as well. Finally, the vehicle's fuel injectors were also problematic, but our customer said he would install new ones, so we didn't do anything and returned the vehicle to him in pristine condition.
