RCS CADET PASSOUT PARADE

The RCS Cadet Passout Parade is a formal ceremonial event organized by Rwanda Correctional Service to officially mark the successful completion of cadet training. The parade showcases discipline, professionalism, physical readiness, and commitment to national service as newly trained cadets graduate and prepare to serve the country with integrity, security, and dedication. The event is attended by Presidential envoy, senior officials, invited guests, families, and members of the public, and often includes drills, inspections, marching formations, and awards for outstanding performance.
