I started playing at age 13. My first instrument was an Eagle guitar. My interest in the guitar came a few years later, in my late teens. Little by little, I dedicated myself more to the guitar than to the electric guitar. In 2005, at age 19, I started giving lessons and never stopped. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music from the Methodist University Center (IPA) and, subsequently, a Master's degree in Music from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), the most prestigious postgraduate program in Music in Brazil. In addition to private students, I have taught music in other settings: regular schools, music schools, and various projects, for people of all ages. Between 2019 and 2021, I also taught guitar at the university level, in the Music Bachelor's degree program at IPA.
