Hamburger Potato Skillet

A delicious new recipe that is easy to make! #susanssoutherncooking #easyrecipe #hamburgerpotatoskillet Hamburger Potato Skillet 1 lb. hamburger meat 1 tsp. oil 1 onion, chopped ½ bell pepper, chopped 6 potatoes, peeled and chopped ½-inch pieces 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. cayenne, optional Brown hamburger meat; drain, remove from pan and set aside. Add oil, onions and peppers to pan and cook until soft. Add potatoes and slow fry until brown. Add hamburger and stir to combine. Add salt, pepper and cayenne; stir well. Simmer 20 minutes then server. Optional: Top with ketchup, ranch dressing, or barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
