How I’m beating executive dysfunction & work guilt (pocket Filofax setup)

I used to think I was just procrastinating, but realised it was actually executive dysfunction and the paralysing cycle of work guilt. If you’re in the same boat, this video shows how I use paper planning and a Filofax to find my focus again. I’ve been in a work slump lately, and it’s high time to pull myself out of this hole. I am turning to the good old, tried and true time blocking in a daily planner to get my act together and I’m making it as fun as work can be. I am designing my own double sided daily planner, Hobonichi style and trying out a structured layout for my work notes. All the while I’m chatting about tips and tricks I use to pull myself out of a mental block and get through a workday, not only unscathed, but while keeping mentally fresh. This is about having the right tools for the best chance to avoid burnout. 📌 Check the pinned comment for the hobby planner video link!
