Koken met Rik de Jonge: Clafoutis met abrikozen
We're all familiar with clafoutis, especially with cherries. But this time, Rik is doing things a little differently. He's making this classic French pastry with apricots. As always, it's as easy as it is delicious. Ingredients: 12 apricots, 1 egg, 3 egg yolks, 130 grams of sugar, 90 grams of ground almonds, 10 grams of flour, 3.5 dl heavy cream, and a little butter to grease the pan.
