After barriers were installed and marking the road as a three-lane road, the footpath was marked with red and white lines, preventing parking. Coordination with the management of Terminal 21 Korat Shopping Center and Thesaban 4 School (Phetcham) has been requested to provide alternative parking spaces. 2. As the traffic volume on the road is reduced, avoiding using secondary routes will cause traffic slowdowns. The Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality has coordinated with relevant agencies to improve entrances and exits for smoother traffic flow. 3. Improvements have been made to the bypass area to prevent obstructions such as trees, branches, and objects protruding from residential buildings, such as plant pots or other objects. 4. Recurring flooding, particularly at the Pradok-Kok Phai intersection. Although underground drainage pipes are in operation, they are unable to drain quickly due to a bottleneck before draining into the drains in front of Central Korat. Please improve and expand the drainage pipes to connect and drain quickly during heavy rainfall in the area. Nakhon Ratchasima Underpass Timeline: December 2023, preparations in January 2024, drilling piles for the tunnel roof in February 2025, and all structural work in December 2025.
