Ingredients: • 4.5 lbs ground beef • 3 large eggs • 1 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping) • 1/4 cup heinz 57 • 1 tbsp pepper • 1 tsp salt Topping: • 1 1/2 cups ketchup • 1/2 cup grape jelly • 1/2 cup apple jelly Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F. 2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat. 3. Shape the Loaf: Transfer mixture to a baking sheet or loaf pan. Shape it into a loaf, ensuring it’s evenly packed. 4. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for about 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. 5. Mix Topping: Mix ketchup, grape jelly, and apple jelly together until well blended. 6. Top & Serve: Top and place back oven 10-15 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or your favorite sides!
