Mi departamento de LUJO en Tailandia: condo tour

I first visited Thailand in 2018 and have returned almost every year since. In fact, it's the second country where I've spent the most time since 2016, and this is already the fourth "luxury" condo I've lived in in Thailand (three in Bangkok and one in Chiang Mai). In this condo tour, I'm showing you the XT Payathai condo, a building developed by Sansiri. It's the third condo from the XT brand (we've lived in all three now) and the newest and most "luxurious." These types of condos can't be rented for less than a month, which helps avoid short-term tourists who don't tend to take care of the places they live. They also have all kinds of amenities: a gym, yoga studio, kitchen, meeting room, coworking space, library, several lounges, gardens, two swimming pools, and more. Living in Bangkok isn't for everyone. It's a very large city, with lots of people and a lot of chaos, but when you live in a condo like this, you don't need to go out much.
