CLEAN / STRICT MUSCLE UP - 3 different types
In this video I`will analyse and show you three different types of the clean / strict Muscle Up. The clean or strict Muscle Up is a exercice, where you try to pull yourself up over the bar. It involves a Pull Up, a Transition and a Dip part. The difference between a regular Muscle Up and a clean / straight Muscle Up is, that you try to use as less momentum (or almost zero) as possible and your legs had to be straight. Note: The names of these Muscle Ups are given by me and are not the official names. There are other variations of the strict Muscle Up, but in my opinion, these three are the most common.
