[OUTDATED] - Okay, Let's Talk About The PS5 & PS4 DRM Controversy

The past few days there's been a growing issue with PS5 and PS4 which is a newly discovered 30 day DRM restriction that's now in place for newly purchased digital games. Any PlayStation 5 digital games that were bought since late March now have a hidden 30 day expiration date unless you can stay connected to PSN. PS4 will show the expiration when checking a games information on the UI. And if you were to remove the CMOS battery, you can validate that the expiration timer is enforced as your new games stop working. Everyone is wondering if Sony will say something about this, and in the meantime we're hearing this might be intentional. Let's break this bad boy down, and hopefully I don't expire anytime soon.
