MGB GT restoration, part 20. Terry's_mpeg4.mp4

Hi all, part 20 of Terrys MG B GT blog. After work over a two nights, straight in to the garage to get the engine running. Loads of splutters and coughs also shaking from the engine when turning the ignition key. No start up. Wires the wrong way round to the Coil and the Alternator. Smoke from a burnt out HT wire inside the Distributer. Below freezing everything cold. Batteries flat 3 times. Then replaced all the Spark plugs with new. Still no start ? Then Gary said a old trick take the new plugs out, heat them up with a plumbers blow lamp, then while warm but them back into the engine Well it started all ok as you can see from the blog. Time for a drink to celebrate. Happy motoring Terry.
