Truly's big, chewy, chocolate chip, cookies!

Peeps I made chocolate chip cookies and I am sharing with you :) Here is the recipe if you try them let me know how you liked them and what modifications you made. Truly's big, chewy, chocolate chip cookie recipe; 2 cups organic unbleached, all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp blue diamond kosher salt 3/4 cup melted butter (unsalted) 1-1/2 cups organic coconut palm sugar ( you can use 1 cup packed brown sugar plus 1/2 cup regular white sugar) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1 egg yolk 2 cups chocolate chips, ( or you can do dried cranberries, almonds and coconut to equal 2 cups, these are so yummy!). Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and set aside. Cream together melted butter and sugar till fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla till well mixed and creamy. Add dry ingredients half at a time, scraping down the bowl in between additions, mix till well blended. Add chocolate chips and/or other add- ins, mix in by hand, with a spoon or spatula. Drop by 1/4 cup on baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at 325 for 15-17 minutes. Don't over bake. This recipe will make 16 cookies at 1/4 cup size, more if you make them smaller. Enjoy !
