We take a short drive towards the Gatlinburg Space Needle before turning onto Cherokee Orchard Road, where the scenery quickly shifts from busy tourist town to quiet, untouched forest. The Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail is a 5.5-mile one-way drive that feels like stepping back in time.
