God, Integrity, and Courage It takes Courage to admit the Truth and in this powerful clip, Dr. Hawkins talks about the consciousness level of Integrity, “the power to admit the truth.” The level of Courage is where “God first sneaks into human life, … the level of Integrity”(calibration 200.) He speaks about the importance of taking responsibility for one’s life and actions. Blaming your past and not being accountable for your actions is non integrous and irresponsible and sells a person out. Our society tends to make excuses for a person’s behavior because of their past upbringing or childhood. Cloaking the truth in intellectualism is the modern “wolf in sheep’s clothing.” As spiritual students, who are devoting their life to God, we need to be aware of this within ourselves and say “no” when necessary. Quote: “Those who allege that their life is devoted to God then must, of necessity become integrous. Integrous means also the willingness to stand and be counted for the truth.” Dr. Hawkins also states this question: Devotion to God means what? It means to begin with, just a reverence for life. The reverence for life is the awareness and the acknowledgment that the essence and source of all life is Divinity.
