Why Do Screen Have Problems ?

In this video, Why do TV screen have double image(flickering) problem? This problem come through core of glass substrate short circuit so we cannot solve it by changing components, COF or scalar board . We should determine short track and stop it from receiving voltage or signal. Remaining signals will keep on working if we do so. To block those signals, either we remove jumper or cut off tracks. This is not a genuine repair but, if problems can be solved by cutting less tracks then picture quality is less hampered. These tracks are named as CKV, CKVB in some panels whereas LC, HC etc. on some. #panelrepair #screenrepair #ledtvrepair
