Hello everyone, Following your numerous requests, we are offering a two-part video. In this video, the first part, we will cover the history of the methods used for harvesting and then for separating grain from straw. The arrival of combine harvesters profoundly changed things, and so-called conventional systems were modeled on the threshers of yesteryear. In 1979, a completely new threshing system, invented by IH, appeared, revolutionizing the way crops were threshed: The axial system. Developments in the first "conventional" systems led to hybrid machines that combine the two systems for threshing and separation-cleaning. In the second part, we will take a tour of our machine to illustrate the theme of threshing. We will examine its specific features, how it works, and how it differs from other commercially available threshing systems. More in the second part!
