Mud Weight Window - Description, Concept, & Example
In this video, Jacob Mata (our summer 2020 intern) gives an introduction to the idea of a mud weight window (MWW) while drilling. An important consideration that one must be aware of at all times and how it changes. The presentation defines the window, shows examples of how to calculate and determine exactly what it is for a specific well, as well as talks about some of the consequences that can occur if we do not stay within the boundaries.
