COMO ADMINISTRAR O CENTRO ESPÍRITA SEM DINHEIRO?

Spiritist Centers face a growing challenge: how to reconcile caring for "things of the soul" with the responsibilities of the material world (bills, taxes, maintenance)? In this video, we break the taboo of financial management and question the effectiveness of inconsistent revenues (bazaars, sporadic donations, book sales) which are often insufficient to fully meet statutory purposes and the growth of permanent assistance works. We analyze the vicious circle of stagnation, where the lack of resources limits investment in infrastructure and the training of workers, and we list the main daily challenges, such as the overload of volunteers and budgetary fragility. We deepen the debate by examining the FEB's (Brazilian Spiritist Federation) guidance on gratuity and spontaneous contributions, and contrast it with the example of Allan Kardec, who maintained the Paris Society with regular contributions and total transparency in the balance sheets. Finally, we present practical suggestions for sustainability, such as creating a culture of contribution (contributing members), diversifying revenue streams, and the importance of financial planning. Sustainability is not inevitable, but an invitation to the maturity of the movement. The time has come to transform the taboo of management into a duty of collaboration.
