Jesse Bardo (Class of '07) is the Head of Startup Banking at JP Morgan. In this guest session for our final class of the semester, Jesse stepped in as a mock shark to give our founders one last gauntlet before our Final Event . He shares what the current environment looks like for early-stage founders in the innovation economy, how JP Morgan helps startups navigate fundraising and customer relationships, and what separates the founders who break through from those who stall out. Beyond the guest session, this episode is our final class of Season 2. After 13 weeks together, we wrap up the cohort, run live pitch polish, and reflect on what it took to scale this program from a basement closet in Allbritton to a full community heading to NYC.
