Highlights: Sheikha Moza's UNHRC Social Forum 2019 keynote speech

During her keynote speech at the annual Social Forum of the Human Rights Council, Her Highness led a call to action for the protection of education in conflict through individual and collective efforts from the likes of governments to civil society. In response to the severity of the destruction witnessed today, she also proposed setting an annual international day for the protection of education to keep this critical issue a global priority. دعت صاحبة السمو في كلمتها بالمنتدى الاجتماعي السنوي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى حماية التعليم في ظروف النزاعات من خلال الجهود الفردية والجماعية للحكومات والمجتمع المدني.وفي ضوء الدمار الذي نشهده اليوم اقترحت سموها استحداث يوم عالمي سنوي لحماية التعليم لضمان وضعه في مقدمة الأجندة العامة.
