We weren’t sure if we were ever going to share it, but ultimately decided to use our story as a lesson to be learned so you can protect yourself. We explain in great detail what happened last year (including the texts and screenshots) and how it all went down. We were trusting when we shouldn’t have been, we didn’t see the many red flags when we should have, and we ultimately got WAY too excited about what they were promising us (that part hurt the worst).
