This season of the Ribeira Valley Culinary Culture project features Cintia Midori. A resident of Sete Barras (SP), the chef presents recipes with ingredients found in the region. The first recipe is for ginger bug – a probiotic drink made with ginger, which can be used to make natural soda, fruit wine, and even beer! The Ribeira Valley Culinary Culture project aims to showcase the diverse cuisines of the Valley through typical dishes, their ingredients and preparation methods, as well as the stories that accompany each recipe.
