São Paulo a Avaré de Bicicleta - 270 Km em um dia (13-03-2020) Resumo

Long Distance Bicycle Travel Today I present a more summarized video of this trip from São Paulo to Avaré. We left on the 13th of March 2020, on a Friday night, at approximately 11 pm, from Pinheiros, there near Ponte Eusébio Matoso. We take the Marginal Pinheiros towards Castelo Branco ... arriving at the Road Complex better known as "Cebolão", we access the Presidente Castelo Branco Highway at Km 13 in Osasco. From there until the exit of Avaré at km 241B, it is 238 km, then another 22 km at Rodovia João Mellão until arriving at Avaré Center. As soon as you leave the Castelo Branco Highway (SP-280) and enter the João Mellão Highway, you are at Km 238 and the roundabout at the entrance to the Avaré Center is at Km 258. It is 22 Km until you reach the Center, but this Highway there are a lot of toboggans like Raposo Tavares ... And that makes the task a little more difficult! We went out at night with a mild temperature, as we advanced towards the interior of São Paulo, the temperature dropped at dawn, forcing us to put on blouses and wind cuts! Unfortunately our friend Yori Carrilho had a lot of punctures ... One puncture or another is all right, but when it starts to happen several times and sometimes one followed by the other, then it makes the trip more tiring! I do not hide from anyone that I prefer to cycle 500 km than to exchange air cameras. But thanks to God we were united and always in support when the punctures happened. Eduardo Leão had only one hole, and I (Alexandre Miranda) and Amarildo Penachio had no holes. I use that Tannus product, the famous "Tannus Armor", look here on my channel that has a video on the subject! The cold weather in the morning, which was not so much, but forced us to wear blouses, during the day it was the opposite: It was very hot forcing us to slow down and stop at Km 197, in Pardinho on Rodoserv, to in addition to eating and filling up with water, resting and waiting for the sun to go down and reduce the heat! Finally we arrived in Avaré at around 21:30 on March 14, 2020. We passed through the Center and then went straight to the Pousada San Cayetano to take that shower and sleep to return the next day!
