You may have heard the word canvassing or been asked to attend “a canvass". Sometimes it's referred to as "knocking doors". Canvassing simply means going door to door and having short but critical conversations with your neighbors. You don’t need to be an expert on policy or know everything about the candidates or issues. By spending part of your day going door to door, you CAN make a difference in who is elected to represent your community. Watch as we explain how to canvass for a political campaign.
