Brief Introduction Russian style cable tray roll forming machine is a fully automatic cold bending production line specially developed for manufacturing GOST standard cable trays popular in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and other CIS countries. Different from conventional European and domestic common cable tray equipment, this machine is equipped with an additional hydraulic end shrinking/flaring forming station. It can process the male and female overlapping sockets at both ends of cable trays during cutting. Structural Composition of the Whole Production Line 1. Hydraulic Decoiler It is used to place galvanized steel or cold-rolled steel coils. The conventional bearing capacity is 5 tons to 8 tons. It adopts hydraulic expansion and tightening, stable feeding, effectively preventing coil deviation and scattered unwinding, matching the common raw material specifications used in CIS markets. 2. Sheet Leveling Device Multi-group leveling rollers correct the bending deformation of coiled steel strips, ensuring flat and straight feeding before punching and forming, so as to avoid irregular holes and distorted finished tray shapes. 3. In-line Puch Press it punches ventilation drain holes, installation fixing holes according to Russian exclusive hole layout standards. 4. Main Roll Forming Host Composed of 26–28 forming roller stations. While the flying shear cuts trays to fixed lengths, the hydraulic mold finishes end shrinking or flaring at one end of the cable tray.
