These words ALTERED my brain chemistry - PAUL CASTLE STUDIO

As many of you who follow me on other platforms, my husband Matthew had emergency kidney stone surgery last week. I am happy to report that he's feeling SO MUCH bETTER, and almost back to his normal self. Wahhoo! However, because I was being a dutiful nurse and oh-so-wonderful husband while Matthew was in bed feeling truly miserable, I didn't have to time or energy to make a YouTube video and send it to my editor. Instead, I sat down last evening and made this quick little video for you! Not as flashy, maybe, but still very important and special.
