Climbing Mount Tesilk — a wooded peak near Ijevan, in the Tavush region of Armenia. A quiet mountain without trails or signs, where every step is a decision, not a mark on a track. Locals speak of a cave hidden somewhere on the slopes. We searched for it, but this time the mountain revealed nothing. It means it’s not the right time — and it gives us a reason to return. Tesilk is not a tourist attraction or a point on a checklist. It’s part of a living Armenia: restrained, strong, and not seeking to please. This video is about respect for the land, a journey without promises, and the feeling that some places require patience.
