Is Flying worth the risk? Limiting the risks of flying - risk vs reward 4K

All of who are in aviation will likely at some point in our lives know someone personally who passed from this life while doing one of the things they love most... flying. We are heartbroken to have recently lost a beloved trike pilot and CFI, Wes Frey in a tragic trike accident. When an unfortunate event like this happens we must all reflect and question is this life of flying really worth the risk?
