Kinoti Gatobu: The 26 Year Old Legislator

Now, it was celebrated author Chinua Achebe who wrote that among the Ibo of Nigeria, if a child washed his hands, he would eat with kings because while age was respected, achievement was revered. Now among the Ameru of Kenya, one child, so to speak, has washed his hands and is now ready to hobnob with the kings. And this is none other than Kinoti Gatobu who at 26 is set to be the youngest Member of Parliament in the 11th parliament.
