Paraíso 21 is one of the resorts close to Manaus that offers a good infrastructure for those who can't do without the igarapé bath, but want the comfort of being able to have a cold drink and taste regional food without having to work. Located at KM 905 (former Km 21) of BR-174 (Manaus-Presidente Figueiredo highway), in front of the entrance to Ramal Pau Rosa, Paraíso 21 Balneário e Restaurante opens every day of the week, with the exception of Tuesdays. Day use is charged at R$ 10 per person (weekends) and R$ 5 from Monday to Friday. Children up to 11 years old have free entrance. The spa has a natural pool, show area, individual tents, SPA, recreation park for pets and restaurant specializing in regional food. A band of roasted tambaqui with baião de dois, farofa and vinaigrette for three people costs R$98 (Dec/2019); free-range chicken with white rice, pasta and mush for R$94; a roasted matrinxã stuffed with banana farofa, baião de dois and vinaigrette, for R$90. There are also individual dishes like fried sardines (R$36) and fried jaraqui (R$36). On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the resort is open from 7am to 5pm with a different schedule. There is regional coffee from 7am to 10am and live music. The weekend's music program is posted on the resort's social networks (Facebook and Instagram).
