We also meet several farmers from Nimach who have brought their horses to the fair — mostly budget-friendly Marwari and Nukra breeds. The fairground is buzzing with energy as horses arrive from across northern India, and every corner of Pushkar tells a story of passion, trade, and culture. One of the highlights of this vlog is an interview with a buyer who recently purchased a 40-day-old Marwari foal for just ₹15,000. He shares his plans to raise it with care — feeding it well, maintaining its health, and ensuring proper deworming. It’s fascinating to see how much dedication and affection horse owners bring to this tradition. After covering the horse mandi, we take a short breakfast break with my friend from Goregaon East, Mumbai. We enjoy fresh aloo parathas at a dhaba opposite the Sand Art Festival — two plates of paratha, two cups of tea, and a Bisleri bottle, all for just ₹120. Great food, great company, and the real Pushkar experience. Later, we visit the Sand Art Festival and meet Mahendra Singh Dancer, who graciously performs a few of his trademark dance moves for our vlog.
