The video is based on a brief research on trends of Police Chiefs’ transfers in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, England, Australia and Canada. Syed Safi Pirzada joined the social development sector as a professional in 2003. He has been exclusively working on various police projects since 2010 regarding police trainings, police reforms, community policing and research. He has been a part of Police Expert Network (PEN) formed by the Norwegian Police University. His last assignment was with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) as National Programme Manager-Police. He has been to Norway, Portugal, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Malysia, Thailand and Egypt to participate in different conferences, trainings and seminars on policing and institutional reforms. He has also observed policing in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
