In Todays Video I Buy Another Car, A Project Car! At Just 18 Years Old I Took a huge risk and bought a 20 Year Old Sports Car... Join Me As I reveal my stunning new german ride and as I showcase it to the World For The First Time Ever In Sunny England! The Project Car I Decided To Buy Was a 2005 Mercedes-Benz SLK 280, this 20 year old car is the perfect way to elevate the channel and is also the perfect first project. They are reliable, quick, plenty of mods and a nice and respectful fanbase. The 2005 Mercedes Benz SLK280 has a 3 litre V6 that produces over 230 horsepower and exactly 300nm of torque to the rear wheels. This car being rear wheel drive is a bundle of fun and such a joy to drive, it has that traditional heavy and direct power steering which makes it feel like a race car to drive. It has a 7 gear automatic gearbox with 3 different modes of comfort, sport and manual. This car is special because it has an optional extra worth £1700 in 2005, these are the paddles or buttons that allow you to manually change gear on the steering wheel like a formula one car! In 2005 This car would have been worth close to £40,000 which is close to £70,000 today! I bought this car for just £2995 which was an absolute steal and I will say that it is worth all of the money, and I have absolutely zero buyers remorse!
