The Volvo XC90 is a large SUV, available in Poland in 2022 after a technical upgrade of the T8 variant, which translates to a plug-in hybrid. This upgrade enlarges the battery capacity to 18.8 kWh, strengthens the entire drivetrain, and now develops a whopping 455 hp. My video review shows how this translates into performance in the new Volvo XC90, such as 0-100 km/h acceleration. I also discuss fuel consumption and the real-world range in electric mode in the city and on the highway, as well as how dynamically you can drive without using the combustion engine. In the T8 plug-in hybrid version, it's a 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. In the video, I also show the 2022 Volvo XC90 T8's build quality, handling, and trunk and rear seat capacity, as well as the third-row seating capacity (the model I reviewed seats 7).
