Guide to Bareshaft Tuning | Check Your Tune!

Watch as Hunter bareshaft tunes his Athens Solace. He only had to make one adjustment but here is a little guide for bareshaft and paper tuning: Result - adjustment Tail left/impact right - move rest to the right. If you have yolks put twists into the left yolk cable and take out of the right cable. Tail right/impact left - move rest to the left. If you have yolks put twists into the right yolk cable and take out of the left. Tail high/impact low or vice versa - Check cam timing to make sure it is perfect. Check rest to make sure it is perfectly perpendicular to the string. Check to make sure you aren't getting any nock pinch. Make sure you aren't getting fletching contact.
