Chiang Mai - Thailands best city 🇹🇭 🌆 To say we wasn’t meant to be coming to the north of Thailand it made us both sceptical of how we would find Chiang Mai and Pai. We soon realised how much we loved both places and both can vouch that they’re both worth visiting and our favourite place we have visited in Thailand!! Chiang Mai definitely had a lot to offer regarding day trips such as cooking classes, water rafting, waterfalls, jungle treks and of course the one main thing people come to Chiang Mai for.. The elephants 🐘 Both our cooking class and Elephant sanctuary were the two main things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai. Both were 100% worth the money and we’d definitely recommended! Please please DO YOUR RESEARCH before booking any elephant sanctuaries! Theres over 45 in Chiang Mai alone with over 750 elephants but not all of these “sanctuaries” are ethical.
