Ford Superduty pt 5 - Cab Corner and Pillar Repair

In this video I begin to cut away the rotted metal on the cab corners of my Ford superduty cab. I bought a repair pannel for this that includes the factory style pillar in the bends to do a very nice repair that will not be noticeable in the end. I cut away the bad metal, diagnose what I think of the area I am repairing and how to do it. I clean and prepare all the inner surfaces with weld thru etching primer and primer sealer for corrosion protection on the inside and finish of the outside by welding and sealing the area with fiberglass bondo followed by body filler bondo to get it up to the point to being ready for paint prep once all the other rusted areas are repaired.
