Lobsang Sangay, ex-President of the Tibetan government-in-exile, spoke to Nayanima Basu on ‘The Gist’ for StratNews Global, regarding the recent resumption of dialogue between India and China, the talks between both sides on 'early harvest' border proposal and the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama. He said the next Dalai Lama could be from India and the Dalai Lama which China will choose will be considered “fake”.
