In this video, Dr. Joe talked about Shoulder Impingement Syndrome. It is characterized by restricted shoulder flexion and abduction. It’s caused by overuse of the shoulder joint from overhead activity and poor posture. It is seen in people of any age and usually, the Supraspinatus tendon is impinged. This condition is different from frozen shoulder because frozen shoulder occurs in people 50 years or older. Dr. Joe will demonstrate the effective exercises for shoulder impingement syndrome.
