Sidecars and Corkscrews don't mix at Laguna Seca!

The "Corkscrew" at Laguna is considered one of motorsport's most challenging turns, due to its 59 ft (18 m) drop in elevation as well as its blind crest and apex on approach. It's hard enough to tackle on a solo machine but when negotiating the "corkscrew" on a sidecar outfit it's clearly very challenging indeed, as we see here in the classic footage from the 1989 USA Sidecar GP at Laguna Seca.
