E4 - Stop Being Your Child's Friend

This episode covers how today’s parents have failed their children in many different perspectives ranging from being friends with their child, over-protection, excessive technology, insufficient focus on responsibilities and character development. The most common concern raised by educators, employers, and child-development experts is not that today’s parents love their children less, but that many of today’s children receive less guidance, fewer boundaries, and fewer opportunities to develop independence and resilience than previous generations.
