This flow is full body focused. We will work on all the joints throughout yoga flow which adding repetition, combining part of the mobility flow of each episodes to a new flow. To keep all the joints mobile and strong is one of the best way to prevent injuries and also mobility helps strengthen the muscles and ligaments around it.
