【会津若松ひとり旅】坂内食堂・大内宿・鶴ヶ城…福島の魅力が詰まりすぎ！

I recently took a solo trip to Aizu-Wakamatsu in Fukushima Prefecture. This time, it was a day of Aizu cuisine and sightseeing enjoyed in between my Tohoku trip. Starting with "morning ramen" at Bannai Shokudo in Kitakata early in the morning, I explored the charms of Aizu to the fullest, visiting Ouchi-juku's famous negi soba, Tsuruga Castle, Iimoriyama, Sazaedo, the former Takizawa Honjin, and finally Aizu's local dish, Wappa-meshi. It was a Fukushima trip that offered a different experience from mountain climbing, focusing on history and food culture. The thatched-roof streets of Ouchi-juku, Tsuruga Castle and Iimoriyama, which tell the history of the Boshin War, and the local cuisine I enjoyed along the way were all fantastic.
