We describe in this instructional video a simplified and effective way of flushing and cleaning the phaco hand piece and the Bimanual IA cannulae using a simple 3 way valve. This technique is quick and easy to perform. It can be done at the end of case scenario or when one encounters a blocked phaco hand piece during the procedure
