Linking architecture and student-centered learning environments: Dr. Anne Taylor at TEDxABQ

Anne Taylor is known internationally for her research on the effects of the physical environment on learning and behavior, and how it affects teachers and students. She's the author of Linking Architecture and Education: Sustainable Design of Learning Environments, and is working to make learning environments more kid-friendly and engaging. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
