Founded 65 years ago by master Luís Lino, the group was born from the founder's sensitivity in recognizing the cultural needs of rural people and creating a performance that has spanned generations. With 60 performers, its own songs, and a strong singing style that marks its identity, Boi Esperançoso promises a vibrant performance at Pátio Aberto, reaffirming its tradition and the uniqueness of its style within the Maranhão cultural landscape.
