DIY Purse Charms Patriotic Beaded Pens & Lanyards, Easy Bulk Craft

Welcome to Happy Hour at The Craft Bar! Today I’m sharing a fun beaded craft project that turned into a big batch of patriotic beaded pens, purse charms, and decorative lanyards. After making purse charms with my mom during Christmas, I had leftover supplies and decided to create red, white, and blue themed designs for giveaways. These projects came together quickly and were perfect for making multiple handmade gifts at once. The bead sets included a variety of focal beads like Uncle Sam, stars, fireworks, Texas shapes, and flag patterns, so every pen ended up with its own personality. I also experimented with beaded lanyards, which turned out surprisingly lightweight and sturdy—perfect for office badges or keys.
