Sara OR SIMPLY Join me at   / 852306748781295   to check my other recipes and ideas instantly! ❤️❤️❤️PLS LIKE THE VIDEO❤️❤️❤️ Ingredients (Malay) 2 1/2 cawan | 500g beras pulut (jenama ada dlm video) 3 cawan santan kelapa 1 cawan | 180g gula melaka 1 1/2 cawan | 240g gula merah 1/4 cawan | 50g gula batu 3-4 helai daun pandan 1/4 sudu kecil garam Ingredients (English) 2 1/2 cups | 500g glutinous rice (brand in the video) 3 cups of coconut milk 1 cup | 180g palm sugar 1 1/2 cups | 240g brown sugar 1/4 cup | 50g rock sugar 3-4 pandan leaves 1/4 tsp salt Method 1. Wash and soak the glutinous rice. 2. Steam the rice with pandan leaves and coconut milk. 3. Mix brown sugar with remaining coconut milk. Filter and keep aside. 4. Separately, heat a wok and add brown sugar mixture, pandan leaves, rock sugar, palm sugar and salt. Mix well and let the mixture thick as shown in the video link bellow. 5. Add the cooked glutinous rice and mix till thick. 6. Transfer Wajit to greased tray. Let it cool completely. 7. Once set, cut the Wajit into desired shapes and sizes.
