Homemade Hitch Bike Rack - Welding Project

This video shows how I made a low profile hitch bike rack out of steel tubing. My goal was to design a single bike rack that wouldn't stick out too far, therefore, allowing me to keep it on my truck. Also, I wanted it to be strong enough to deter thieves from entering via my tailgate. This was a simple welding project that would be good for a beginner.
